Belt Conveyor Systems

Belt conveyors are used to transport materials in a straight line or through changes in elevation or direction in a production line. A belt conveyor system consists of two or more pulleys (drive drums) with a closed loop – the conveyor belt that rotates around them, moving the belt and the material on the belt forward.

Autoline provides a wide range of belt conveyor systems, including flat, modular, standard and aluminum belt conveyors for materials handling such as moving boxes along on a production line. We build custom belt conveyor systems with different lengths, widths and heights to suit your industry and application.

Our belt conveyors are typically constructed from t-slot aluminium extrusion making them the most compact and modular designed conveyor in the industry. The construction of the t-slot aluminium means that the conveyor installation is quick because of its flexibility and modularity; it can be easily modified at any time. Plus the attachments of guide rails, legs, sensors and other conveyor components are simple.

The key features of our belt conveyor systems are:

  • Safety – the conveyor belt runs to the edge and protects operators from potential injury and pinch points. Plus no exposed rotary shafts for operators to get caught in.
  • Reliable – simple 4 point adjustment for belt tension with drive alignment hidden for more reliable operation.
  • Compact – 72mm diameter drive and idler rollers
  • Cost – our conveyors are the most cost-effective on the market
  • Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) – minimal places for entrapment of dirt and dust
  • Versatile – constructed from our aluminium t-slot system makes a flexible and modular construction that can be easily and simply modified at any time.
