OnRobot VGP20 palletising gripper with extender bracket

The most robust electric gripper in the industry, perfect for palletising cardboard boxes of varying thicknesses, including thinner, porous, or irregular shapes. It comes with a 200×500 extender bracket to provide your robot with additional reach.

Using user-friendly software, you can effortlessly adjust the application to meet changing production needs without any coding.

Doosan H2017 cobot

This cobot model is perfect for palletising heavy objects, boasting a payload capacity of up to 20kg, including the gripper, and a reach of 1700mm. Cycle times range from 2 to 10 boxes per minute, pending safety assessment.

Autoline Palletising Base

The sturdy palletiser base is equipped with a fixed pedestal tailored to accommodate your Doosan cobot, allowing for a maximum stack height of 2200mm. It can be tailored to manage one or two pallet stations and supports ANZ, European EU, and US pallet sizes. Included features are pallet sensors, emergency stop functionality, a control station on a 10m lead with an e-stop, and a tablet for programming and system monitoring purposes.

Other optional components

Enhanced safety features include up to four (4) safety scanners and a stack light equipped with a built-in siren. Additionally, you have the option to integrate the OnRobot Lift100 high payload robot elevator, allowing for extended robot reach without impacting cycle time.
