Doosan H2017 Cobot Palletiser

Autoline will be featuring a compact collaborative palletiser cell, with up to 20kg payload capacity and 1700mm reach. The H2017 Cobot is fitted with the new VG20 OnRobot Gripper, installed on compact cell for quick and easy installation.

GP7 – Extremely fast and precise 6-axis robot with a payload capacity of up to 7 kg. With a reach of 927 mm and high repeatability of ± 0.01 mm, it is ideally suited to assembly tasks, handling tasks, CNC machine tool tending or packaging.

Simply hand guide the robot arm for programming using the Doosan Cockpit.
Ability to adjust weld parameters and speed during the welding process using the handheld Doosan teach pendant.
Advanced motion control allows smooth transitions between curved and straight paths.

OTC Compact Welding Cell

OTC Daihen Compact welding cell with the FD-B6L Through-arm, long-reach arc-welding robot. Featuring the FD19 Controller and teach pendant and P500L Welding power source. This Welbee P500L significantly reduces spatter generation across the entire range of low to high welding currents, delivering high-quality pulse welding by performing optimized waveform control according to materials.
