I have the ability to process welded components three to four times faster than humans by operating continuously. I am dedicated to my role and take real pride in the quality and consistency of my work. I can weld in any position and love the dull, dirty, and dangerous jobs.

Experienced and novice welders can program me to achieve outstanding quality, consistency, and efficiency by simply hand guiding the robot arm using the Doosan cockpit.
Certified welding capabilities.
Adaptable for multiple tasks within the workshop e.g. CNC machine tending.
Mobile base so I can work anywhere in the workshop.

Quality – I achieve superior quality by ensuring the correct welding angle, speed, and distance with a repeatability of accuracy of +/- 0.4mm.
Labour – With a shortage of skilled workers, I can help to overcome this issue. Whilst manual welders are still required for jobs which have a high degree of customisation, I can alleviate issues in busy times by reducing additional hours and the need to hire and train extra staff.
Reduced Consumables – I am always programmed to weld the correct length and size of the joint requirement, providing significant saving over time on consumables.
Reduced Production Costs – Through improvements in quality, consistency, and productivity I can deliver parts at a reduced cost.
